VoulezVouloz Terms and Conditions

Payment:

1. We accept electronic bank transfers and payment via PayPal. Cash is not accepted.
2. Bank transfers should be clearly marked with your name and the VoulezVouloz invoice number provided.
3. All payments should be sent directly to VoulezVouloz.
4. Payments are required at least 48 hours before your first lesson.
5. Failure to make a payment within the given time frame will result in cancellation of your lesson.
6. We allow six months, from the time of booking, for you to take all your lessons. If you fail to take all your lessons within this time frame, any unused lessons will become void.
7. If you decide not to complete a course of French lessons we cannot provide a refund for any lessons that have not been taken.

Cancellation policy:

1. If you ever need to cancel a lesson, please give us plenty of notice, 24 hours ahead at the very least.
2. Please always email/text/call your allocated tutor directly if you need to make such a cancellation.
3. Email us promptly at info@voulezvouloz.com if you get zero response from your tutor.
4. Credit will be lost if the 24 hour policy is not adhered to.
